 Queensryche rolled into town with something a little different this year and HMR Senior Editor Eddie Ferranti was on the seen to catch an ear AND an eye full. Check out the review and photos of the night the House of Blues became the House of Burlesque.
Coming up we have an amazing August run of female shows including Pat Benatar, Natalie Merchant, Corinne Bailey Rae, and Sheryl Crow plus a few of the fellows like Billy Idol and Jack Johnson. All that AND the Bud Light Weiner Roast!!!

 Our man, Eddie Ferranti, made it out to a new house concert series in the Heights called Heights Live. On this evening, he caught Jason Eady from Mississippi bringing it to the stage. Good tunes, good times and good pie, Heights Live is a place to visit according to Eddie.
The next couple week will be slow around HMR central as Samuel Barker is retiring and a new regime is stepping in to maintain the site. Expect an explosion of coverage in the middle of September. Until then, be safe out there!

 Our July 24th triple-header comes to a close with coverage of Blue October's acoustic set at House of Blues. Giving the hometown an intimate night of favorites, Blue October brought their a-game. Check out the review and photos to see how it went.
