ImageAdam Carroll & Michael O'Connor wrote a concept album about coastal life and brought it to the Wrecks Bell's Old Quarter Acoustic Cafe in Galveston, TX. Our man, Daniel Barker, made the drive down to check out these two amazing singer/songwriters putting on a great show.

Coming up tomorrow we'll have Puddle of Mudd @ House of Blues, Wednesday we'll have John Evans Band @ Hugh & Jeff's Car Wash, Thursday, we'll have Jeff Beck @ Verizon Wireless Theater and finally on Friday we got a Texas Two Step with The Stone Coyotes. Keep checking back and we'll have plenty for you to enjoy!

ImageLes Claypool brought his solo show on the road to Texas this past week and we made it out to the Houston stop. With a different musical configuration than his band, Primus, Claypool still amazes on the bass guitar and the music follows his penchant for funky, quirky rock music. Check out the review and photos to see what went down.

Coming up on Monday, we got Adam Carroll and Michael O'Connor @ The Old Quarter Acoustic Cafe in Galveston, then, later in the week, we'll have some CD reviews, John Evans Band @ Hugh & Jeff's Car Wash and more. Have a safe weekend and we'll see you on Monday.
